Easter

We did celebrate this year, I am just really slow. We hosted our family at the house for dinner and an Egg Hunt. Even in the rain we were able to have the egg hunt. Will and Jaxon had the most fun and by the end Will had so many eggs he was putting one in and dropping two out. We also colored eggs, which totally stressed me out. The Easter Bunny also stopped by with a new supply of Spiderman dishes, bubbles and chalk. Mom and Dad had a basket with Madascar and a new Bible. Over all it was a great day! Papa, Nana and TJ joined us at church, we all enjoyed it. Will enjoyed it so much he had to take a nap during the service.

Will gets another haircut

Once again I have taken the roll of beautician at the Hyde household. Of course I have no experience but Will doesn't know that. One day he will and then I will be fired, until then, I cut. Enjoy.

Eating Dirt

Well not real dirt but homeade dirt. Addison and Emerson are friends of ours from church and they came over last week to play in the sand and water table. After all the fun in the sand, by fun I mean, timeouts, throwing sand and all around two year old activities, we came in for lunch. After lunch was dessert, I made Dirt complete with "worms". I have to admit this is one of my favorite desserts, I was more excited than the kids were.
I had to snap photos for two different reasons:
1. Yes our children can sit down at the table and eat
2. Who knew you could get more dirty inside than out.

Thanks for coming to play girls, see you next time.

Notice Will is sitting by Addison, I don't think that was an accident.
I believe he has taken a liking to her. :)

Saturday was Norman's Annual "Touch a Truck" event. The Norman Mom's Club brings out 40-50 differnt truck for the kids to climb in and of course honk the horns. Needless to say it was a loud event, next year we will have ear plugs for sure.

After Touch a Truck we walked over to the Famers Market and a dog show. It was a full morning but a fun one. Enjoy the photos.

Boomer Soomer

Last night our Lady Sooners secured their spot in the Final Four and we were lucky enough to get to go and watch. The Ford Center was packed with the largest crowd out of all four regionals. I believe the final count was near 12,000. Will enjoyed most all of the game and only slept the final 5:00 mintues. I wish we could join the Ladies in St. Louis but will be cheering them on from Norman. Go OU!!
