No Santa Today

Today we tried to get Santa pictures taken but were unable to make that happen. Santa's line was closed when we got there so we are going to try and go back tomorrow. But in the mean time we didn't want to waste a good set so we took some photos of our own. Enjoy!

This is the only photo with all the kids in it. Ms. Natalie, Blakeley and Will

Will loves Blakeley.
Who needs Santa?!?!?

Christmas Time

Last night we went to Mark's Dad's house for a little Christmas fun. We all piled in the car and went looking at Christmas lights. Yukon had 2 nice park exhibits. Will made it through about 1/2 of it before falling asleep. All in all it was a great time. Merry Christmas!

Hand-washing Machine

Since I have been potty training Will we have been washing our hand a lot more. It has been a messy experience, even more messy than the potty training. At least he has good hygiene right?

The mirror was clean before he started.

Bonding Time

I was baking today and I turn around to find that Mark and Will were spending some quality time together. Yes that's right, playing Playstation. It lasted all of 10 mintues but was cute while it lasted

We made a snowman

Well not a real one. Last Christmas we got a snowman building kit. It has everything you need to make a snowman: a hat, scarf, pipe, button nose, coal for eyes, twigs for arms, carrot, candy cane and other things. Since we have no snow I have tried to get Will to wear the hat and things for a while now, he refuses. Until today! While I was out Mark got these photos of our snowman. He put it all on all by himself. I can't wait until we can get out and make a real snowman soon.

Christmas Baskets

Today Will and I made Christmas baskets for Will's Sunday School teachers. The baskets are filled with popcorn, Chocolate Chip Pumpkin bread, chili seasoning and puppy chow. We had a lot of fun making the baskets and are so excited to deliver them tomorrow morning.

Will's teachers have done a wonderful job with him and we even have presents under the tree from Will that he made in Sunday School. We are lucky to have wonderful people like the Williams' at church.

Will's new way of using the potty. Whatever works I guess.

Thanksgiving Baskets

We decided to make thank you baskets for all of Mark's clients this year. They included goodies like, orange pocorn, chili mix, acorn shaped pumpkin bread, snack mix, toasted peanuts and other things. After 2 days of cooking Shawna and I had everything complete. The baskets looked wonderful and everything tasted amazing. Will and I decided to deliver the baskets on Monday morning. Everyone was so excited and thankful. It went so well, we plan on doing it again next year.

Happy Thanksgiving

We hope everyone had a nice holiday. We spent Thanksgiving here in Norman by hosting the event at our new home. We had great food, family and friends! I hace posted some photos from yesterday...love you all.
Almost done!

I folded 25 napkins...and they look stunning long side Mark's Great Grandmother's China.

Look at all this food. Leftovers are GOOD!!
More chairs.
After a long day my baby was tired.

Coupons, Coupons Coupons

Some of you may know I have started couponing...I say it like it is a sport. Well it kind of is. Sundays I have been clipping all the coupons and filing in my little file system. I think I am ready to move up to a bigger file...I am so proud. Ok so I clip my coupons and watch the ads, basically Homeland since they double coupons, and save save save. Here is what I picked up that Homeland this week.

(Note the Picture is lacking 3 boxes of cereal I didn't get out of the cabinet for the photo)

8 Boxes of Chex Cereal (great for the Holidays and Party Mix) (Each box $0.84)(Retail $3 a box)
2 Boxes of Bagelfuls (Candice's new breakfast) ($0.39 a box) (Retail $2.39 a box)
2 Progresso Soups (Don't remember but cheap)
2 Instant Potatoes ($0.50 each)
2 Pasta Dishes ($0.39 each)
1 Reynolds Turkey Bags ($0.39)
1 Bottle of Garnier Shampoo + Conditioner (FREE)
2 Revlon Nail Clippers (Both FREE)
1 Can Organic Tomato Pasta (FREE)
1 Can Organic Diced Tomatoes ($0.23)
1 Box Kotex Liners (FREE)

Grand Total: $13 and some change. (That includes tax too) Yeah!

Everything we can use now or store until we can use it. The cereal will be gone in no time and the shampoo is a great addition to the guest bathroom. I really feel I am helping Mark in these tough times to save a little money! Anyone can do this, it is so easy. http://www.consumerqueen.com/ has helped me through it all. So everyone save your coupons and use them, it WORKS!
