Cooper 1st Football game

Cooper and I on the other hand, didn't make it the entire game. We did successfully make it one half. Cooper was doing great but we didn't want to press our luck. We were able to meet Merideth and walk to their house with her and Raegan. They are so lucky to live so close to campus. Cooper did have to eat while we were at the game and won't take a bottle from me, so poor Mark had to feed him. I don't know that Mark watched much of the game at all, between feeding a baby, making drink/food runs, bathroom breaks with a 3 year old and just 3 year old general questions, I am sure he is ready for the cooler games and for us to stay home! Love you Mark.

Naps with Dad

Mark is a sucker for a sleeping baby and with a face like that who wouldn't be. Cooper has moved from the bassinet to his bed with no trouble at all. We are able to just lay him down and he will "coo" himself to sleep. We are so lucky. Now on Saturday and Sunday Cooper will get a treat and get to sleep while Daddy holds him. They both love it, such a special time for them both.

Game Time

At the game Will was fasinated by everything. He really got "into" the game and participated in everything. He was yelling Boomer and even making the OU motions. I didn't know how he would like it but he loved it and stayed the entire game with Mark.

Bath Buddies

Will and Cooper are not able to bathe together yet but I am sure that will happen in the near future. Will loves being in the bath. He has crayons, paints, foam soap and a ton of toys. He has even made it to a point where we can wash his hair without tears.

Now Cooper on the other hand hates the bath. He would scream and I just felt horrible. I was shocked when I put him in the bath yesterday and he was fine. No screaming, crying, nothing. I yelled for Mark to get my camera and I snapped away. I thought we should document his first fun bath experience.

Ready for the game

Will woke up ready for the football game. He didn't understand that the game started at 6PM. He got dressed quickly and was ready to go. It was so neat to see his excitement. It looks like I now have 2 football fans living in my house!

Announcing Cooper Ryan Hyde

Cooper Ryan Hyde made his apperance on July 29th at 9:27AM. Everything went wonderfully and we all were able to come home together on the 30th. Cooper weighed 8 pounds and 21.5 inches long. At our doctor visit today he was 8 pounds 13 ounces and 22.5 inches long. He is wonderful and his brother Will LOVES him. We are starting to try and get back to normal but the lack of sleep is hard on this mom. But there isn't anything on Sonic Coke won't cure. :) Here are a few pictures of our little guy.
